Proprietary Software Algorithms

Apart from the operating system, every code of our inspection software is proprietary. Without limitations set by any third party algorithm, we are able to customise our algorithms to address specific inspection needs.

New Generation Vision Software – DIStudio

This features a ‘click and create'’ vision application module that allows fast vision applications to be created. Users will also be able to modify the inspection module whenever it is required.

Illumination

		VisionXtreme designs and manufactures illumination Controller and a wide range of LED based light heads for various vision applications. We have the expertise to customise our lightheads for integration to address your issues on a variety of surfaces, as compared to other commercial lightheads that may be limited by sizes and design.

With our patented technology, we are able to program the LEDs’ intensity and patterns of lightheads for better illumination of defects or area of defect, and switch the programmed light intensity or pattern at high speed.

		High Resolution Cameras VisionXtreme range of high resolution, small size and light-weight CMOS and CCD Firewire cameras deliver high quality image at high speed. IEEE 1394B compatible, VisionXtreme’s cameras can be interfaced to any commercially available IEEE 1394B frame gabber card. They are suitable for a variety of applications such as machine vision, medical imaging, surveillance, biometrics, and robotics applications.
