Beyond 360°

The Beyond 360° is one of our latest technology capable of capturing and inspecting an external 360 degree view of a cylindrical or hemisphere objects. Its optical setup allows users to inspect the 360 degree view in one single image of a cylindrical object, utilising one single camera to process any defects without multiple images stitching.

Figure 1.0 demonstrates the inspection of a cylindrical object e.g., bottle cap and its resultant polar image followed by the unwarp processing image. Our technology uses state-of-the-art Optics designed to meet the low cost and simple-to-use applications. It will be beneficial to industries like Fastener, Pharmaceutical / Medical and Food & Beverage.

Figure 2.0 shows the optical setup for the Beyond 360 inspection. Combined with our proprietary SOIC Components, the complete solution offers a value for money option to end customers.
